DreamFields, producer of Jeeter pre-rolls, is hiring a Materials Coordinator II to optimize material flow in our production environment. You will oversee movement, tracking, and documentation of materials while collaborating with multiple departments to drive process improvements and advanced inventory analysis.

This role involves leading small projects, forecasting material needs, and reducing waste to ensure seamless production. Strong ERP/WMS and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in inventory control or material coordination with process-improvement focus.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or similar inventory systems required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience leading small projects or training teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely delivery and allocation of materials to production pods.
• Lead cross-department efforts to streamline material transfer and storage.
• Validate inbound material transfers for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee cycle counts and advanced inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and troubleshoot with teams.
• Implement advanced inventory controls and ensure SOP compliance.
• Collaborate on material forecasting for current and future needs.
• Track production waste metrics and suggest improvements.
