Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a meticulous Materials Coordinator I to oversee movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials through production. You'll partner with production pods to ensure timely delivery and accurate records while complying with state regulations.

This role requires 2+ years in inventory control, proficiency with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, and a valid driver's license. You will maintain inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and help optimize material usage across the supply

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control or manufacturing experience with tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/WMS or other inventory systems.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of state regulations for material storage and movement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of materials to production pods.
• Manage inventory across ERP/WMS and other systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Validate inbound material transfers from warehouse and other departments.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and document all inventory movements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for material storage and movement.
• Track and document production waste and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Report findings and improvement suggestions to management and production teams.
