Job summary

King City Gardens is seeking a Material Coordinator I to oversee the movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials across production. You will ensure timely delivery to production pods, maintain records, and support regulatory compliance.

You will monitor material usage, waste metrics, and inventory levels, collaborating with the production team to improve efficiency and accuracy while maintaining SOP compliance and detailed audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Material Management & Distribution: ensure timely replenishment to production pods and maintain stock levels.
• Inventory Control & Accuracy: conduct cycle counts and document all movements; resolve discrepancies.
• Production Support & Waste Tracking: document and analyze waste to minimize future waste.
• Data Reporting & Analysis: maintain KPIs for material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
