Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Coordinator I to oversee the movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials across the production cycle. You will ensure timely delivery to production pods, maintain accurate records, and support regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with production teams to monitor usage, waste metrics, and inventory levels while keeping KPIs and driving continuous improvement. Strong data entry, ERP/WMS familiarity, and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control or manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Replenish materials to production pods to maintain stock levels
• Manage inventory across ERP/WMS platforms with accurate data entries
• Validate inbound material transfers and reconcile quantities and specs
• Conduct routine cycle counts and document inventory movements
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material tracking with teams
• Maintain KPIs on material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy
