Applied Materials in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time Material Coordinator to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with SAP/Oracle systems and operate forklifts while ensuring safety and accuracy in material handling.

The role emphasizes hands-on inventory control, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep production flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Locates, audits and transfers kits or materials; may handle vendor drop-offs.
• Performs cycle counts and updates inventory records; handles nonconforming material.
• Prevents excess inventory; moves stock and may replenish line-side bins.
• Receives parts and verifies vendor deliveries; may use Oracle or other systems.
• Purges excess/obsolete stock and determines rework/transfer/scrap actions.
• Operates powered industrial vehicles (forklift, pallet jack) and may drive a vehicle.
• Prepares material for delivery to the cleanroom; adheres to safety standards.
• Trains other Material Coordinators as required.
