Job summary

Sierra Endoscopy Center in Grass Valley, CA, is seeking a part-time Materials Coordinator. The role manages procurement of supplies for the surgery center (excluding medications), orders and receives items, stocks inventory, and assists Accounts Payable with invoice packets.

This position is hands-on (about 90% physical activity) and requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 20-29 hours per week, on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in materials receiving and inventory preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong math and counting skills required.
• Contract management experience is a plus.
• Computer experience required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn Endoscopy procedures; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Procure all supplies for the surgery center (excluding medications).
• Order and receive supplies, stock inventory, and assist AP with invoices.
• Support Endoscopy procedures as needed with training provided.
• Maintain on-site operations for a part-time schedule (20–29 hrs/week).
• Work Monday–Friday; no remote work; no on-call or night shifts.

Sierra Endoscopy Center has an opening for a part-time Materials Coordinator.

Sierra Endoscopy Center is an outpatient facility specializing in gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures. Our center is committed to providing exceptional care with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

The Materials Coordinator is a key position in the center that is responsible for the procurement for all supplies in the surgery center with the exception of medications. The responsibility of the position includes ordering and receiving of supplies, stocking supplies and assisting Accounts Payable with invoice packets. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic person. This person must be active as 90% of this position is physical activity.

This position will assist with Endoscopy procedures as needed. We will provide training.

Part-time hours require 20 - 29 hours per week.

This is not a remote work position. The job requires working in this center.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Starting pay range is $26 - $38 depending on experience

• Desire and willingness to learn Endoscopy and work as Endoscopy Tech when needed. We will provide training.
