Job summary

Teton Outpatient Services is seeking a full-time Materials Coordinator to manage procurement and inventory for the ambulatory surgery center. The role includes ordering, receiving, stocking supplies, and assisting Accounts Payable with invoices.

The position emphasizes physical activity and requires strong math skills, a HS diploma or GED, and healthcare experience. Monday–Friday work schedule; no on-call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years inventory experience; healthcare preferred.
  • Strong math and counting skills required.
  • Contract management experience is a plus.
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Procure all center supplies except medications.
  • Place and receive orders; stock shelves.
  • Assist Accounts Payable with invoice packets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct routine counts.
  • Support clinical and surgical teams with supply availability.

Job description

Teton Outpatient Services has an opening for a full-time Materials Coordinator.

Teton Outpatient Services is a multi-specialty, ambulatory surgery center. Our mission is to treat each and every one of our patients, and their families, as if they were our own family member. Each patient, each family, each and every time.

TheMaterials Coordinator is a key position in the center that is responsible for the procurement for all supplies in the surgery center with the exception of medications. The responsibility of the position includes ordering and receiving of supplies, stocking supplies and assisting Accounts Payable with invoice packets. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic person. This person must be active as 90% of this position is physical activity.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours
