Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating, tracking, or managing materials, inventory, logistics, or supply chain activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for occasional site visits.

  • Coordinate and track materials required for transmission and substation construction and maintenance projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for material-related issues within an assigned geographic area
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Project Teams, and vendors to support material acquisition and delivery
  • Identify and resolve material constraints that could impact project execution timelines
  • Monitor inventory, material availability, and delivery schedules
  • Support planning and execution activities to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Conduct periodic site visits to support field operations and material coordination efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using company systems and tools

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Materials Coordinator to support construction and maintenance projects within the electric utility transmission and substation environment. This role serves as a key liaison between operations teams, supply chain, and vendors to ensure critical materials are available when and where they are needed.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a team environment, and can independently manage priorities while helping resolve material-related challenges that could impact project schedules.
