Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory, and distribution for substation projects. You will maintain staging records and coordinate with the materials team to ensure on-time deliveries while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in substations or supply chain, strong organizational skills, and experience with inventory management tools such as Procore and ClearSpider.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in substation construction, related field, or supply chain degree preferred.
• Experience in materials management within construction.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, and distribution of materials for substation projects.
• Maintain up-to-date staging and inventory databases.
• Ensure procurement activities meet safety and quality standards.
