Qualifications

  • 5 years of Supply Chain Planner or Supply Chain Coordinator experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience coordinating, tracking, or managing materials, inventory, logistics, or supply chain activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for occasional site visits

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Materials Planner to support construction and maintenance projects within the electric utility transmission and substation environment. This role serves as a key liaison between operations teams, supply chain, and vendors to ensure critical materials are available when and where they are needed.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a team environment, and can independently manage priorities while helping resolve material-related challenges that could impact project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
