Job summary

TKO StaffPros, LLC is seeking an administrative associate to support truck/rail scales operations at our Texas facility. You will help notify rail lines of car pickups and drop-offs and process related customer paperwork.

Daily tasks include answering phones, assisting visitors, filing, data entry, and maintaining shipping invoices and delivery notices. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
High school diploma or GED.
Clean background history.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Operate truck/rail scales notification process for car pickups and drop-offs and process customer paperwork.
Provide administrative support: answer phones, assist visitors, support new drivers, filing and document maintenance.
Process incoming paperwork with metal scrap or operation-generated work, including load tally, shipping invoices, and delivery notices.
Perform general office tasks: data entry, business correspondence, and filing.
Check weight tickets associated with inbound scrap metal or scales.
Support flow of incoming and outgoing trucks and railcars.
Monitor scales and maintain database.
Support inventory control function.
Assist Accounts Payable/Material Receiving with entry and review.
