Zusammenfassung

Clarios is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Materials Analyst to maintain production component inventories, analyze results, and coordinate with receiving to ensure timely material flow. The role uses the CMMS (Maximo) for daily data entry and supports month‑end inventories.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of CMMS experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Aufgaben

• Maintain inventory of production components and analyze results.
• Order components to maintain inventory levels.
• Expedite orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with receiving to ensure proper material receipt and scheduling inbound loads.
• Enter production and inventory data into the CMMS (Maximo) daily.
• Prepare MRO reports and assist with month-end inventories.
• Manage obsolescence through phase-out coordination.
• Maintain Bill of Materials with current requirements.
• Manage process changes and distribute updates to plant personnel.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and process specifications.
• Cross-train within the department to support Production Control team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
