Clarios, LLC is seeking a Stockroom Leader at our Fort Wayne Distribution Center to manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and material handling. You will coordinate supplier relationships, ensure materials are available for production, and support Lean/5S improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

This on-site role requires 4+ years in manufacturing stockroom operations, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and experience with MAXIMO or similar systems.

Formación

• 4+ years in manufacturing with inventory control or stockroom responsibilities.
• Experience with inventory management, receiving, cycle counting, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of Lean and 5S with strong organization and communication.
• Experience in purchasing, supplier management, or forklift operation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and supplier relationships for timely delivery.
• Support receiving, shipping, and material handling while upholding safety and 5S.
• Utilize ERP and reporting processes to track inventory and purchasing.
• Drive continuous improvement in stockroom organization and service levels.
