The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination with engineering, and continuous improvement of materials processes to meet production demand.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of Materials Management experience.
• ERP/MRP and Warehouse/Inventory software experience in a manufacturing environment (Genius ERP a plus).
• Lean training, 5S and best practice use.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, set expectations and KPI adherence.
• Maintain accurate inventory records: raw components, subassemblies, finished goods.
• Oversee inventory staff and secure, organized storage.
• Timely picking, kitting, and stock of inbound materials for production.
• Ensure accurate receipt of inventory and data in the Inventory System.
