Job summary

Clarios, a global leader in energy storage solutions, is seeking an Inventory Analyst for our Illinois operation. You will maintain production component inventories, entry data in the Maximo CMMS, and coordinate with receiving and production teams to ensure a smooth material flow.

You will use Excel, Access, Word and Outlook daily, perform MRO reporting and month-end inventories, and support continuous improvement through Lean principles and disciplined record-keeping.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of CMMS experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven with prioritization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-directed and able to meet position requirements.
• Prior inventory or material analyst experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of production components and analyze results.
• Order components to maintain inventory levels.
• Follow up and expedit orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with receiving to ensure proper material receipt and scheduling inbound loads.
• Make daily entries of production and inventory data into the CMMS (Maximo).
• Prepare MRO reports and assist with month-end inventories.
• Process MDRs and manage obsolescence through phase-out coordination.
• Maintain Bill of Materials with current requirements.
• Handle process changes and distribute updates to plant personnel.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and process specifications.
• Cross-train within the department to support Production Control team members.
