Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) in Itasca, IL is hiring a Materials Administrator to support Shipping/Receiving and Materials departments. The role coordinates with PSI divisions to track and maintain materials with SOX-compliant reporting.

Essentials include a High School diploma, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (Epicor preferred). The position is 1st shift and full-time, with $20.00-$22.00 hourly pay plus overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily materials team operations, ensuring proper labeling and packaging of shipments.
• Package, label and weigh items; determine shipping method and charges per procedures.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure a positive service experience.
• Prepare accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensure SOX compliance.
• Enter transactions on time and accurately; troubleshoot issues across departments.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE while navigating the plant.
• Perform tasks per process flow diagrams for the department.
