Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) is seeking a Materials Administrator to support Shipping/Receiving and Materials departments, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and data and compliance with SOX. You will label, package, weigh items for shipping, prepare invoices, and coordinate with other PSI teams to maintain data integrity and improve processes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Excel and ERP experience (Epicor preferred), and a meticulous, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge; Epicor preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/inventory or SOX controls a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily materials operations, labeling and packaging shipments.
• Prepare invoices and ensure items are packed and shipped per standards.
• Maintain data accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Shipping/Receiving and other departments.
• Support process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
