Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Material Support Specialist to assist setting up lines and transferring materials, coordinating with supervisors to meet daily production goals.

You will monitor materials, perform quality checks, manage inventory, and operate the Dayton hoist and AS400 system. A High School Diploma is required; forklift experience is a plus. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assists line setup for all lines in any department.
• Monitors pails, lids, masters, and other materials to ensure production stations are stocked.
• Performs quality inspections of incoming materials.
• Monitors inventory of materials in the production area and replenishes.
• Assists inventory supervisor tracking counts of incoming/outgoing materials.
• Maintains strong communication with supervisor and team leader.
• Operates the Dayton hoist and AS400 system.
• Palletizes, wraps, writes inventory tickets, scans finished products, and ensures materials are palletized per specifications.
• Maintains good housekeeping for a safe and clean environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What to Expect?

The Material Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting setting up on all machines and issuing/transferring materials incoming and outgoing within the Suncoast Chemical Production Departments. This associate will coordinate with the department supervisor or team leader throughout the day to ensure that all material is adequately supplied to reach departmental production goals.

On a daily basis our Material Support Specialist:

• Assists line setup for all lines in any department. This will consist of bringing in raw materials, hanging super sacks, and any product left over after the run will need to be reconciled and transferred out to the warehouse.
• Monitors pails, lids, masters, and any other materials needed to ensure production stations are adequately stocked throughout the shift. Physically count items before transfers, reconciles, and RTS.
• Performs quality inspections of incoming materials received from the warehouse and ensure all incoming materials is staged in an organized and safe manner.
• Monitors the inventory of materials in the production area and replenish.
• Assists the inventory supervisor tracking the counts of incoming/outgoing materials and making appropriate adjustments.
• Strong communication skills with department supervisor and team leader and communicate to appropriate sources of any unsafe condition.
• Operates the Dayton hoist and follow procedure and operate the AS400 system.
• Able to palletize, wrap, write an inventory ticket, scan finished products, and ensure each material is palletized in accordance with specifications.
• Maintains good housekeeping throughout the shift to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Any other duties, as assigned.
