The ideal candidate has 3+ years in material planning, strong forecasting skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to optimize stock levels and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing in stocking plans to meet production schedules.
• Manage raw material inbound schedules for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement supply chain strategies.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage day‑to‑day orders and deliveries.
• Support production planning with timely material delivery.
• Address shortages affecting production and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and co‑manufacturers for optimal delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
• Maintain BOM integrity and inventory accuracy.
• Create reports on material positions and coverage.
• Forecast and coordinate on‑time materials with stakeholders.
