Job summary

Kinder’s, based in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance - Manufacturing & FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the supply chain. You will partner with Co-Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement to translate operational plans into financial outcomes and drive cost improvement across the network.

Responsibilities include owning the annual plan, leading performance reviews, and developing cost-validation models while mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years of progressive finance experience in supply chain finance, operations finance, manufacturing finance, or FP&A.
Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management processes.
Strong command of manufacturing economics, COGS, standard costing, productivity, yield, labor, overhead, and capital investment analysis.
Experience leading analysts and developing talent in complex workstreams.
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, food, manufacturing, retail, or other inventory-intensive business is preferred.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker are a plus.
ERP/FP&A systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes for Supply Chain.
Lead monthly and quarterly Supply Chain performance reviews, explaining results vs budget and forecasting.
Integrate manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and volume assumptions into a cohesive financial outlook.
Represent Supply Chain Finance in S&OP/IBP and other operating rhythms with financially grounded decisions.
Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses across key assumptions.
Deliver executive-ready reporting highlighting trends and drivers of Supply Chain performance.
Serve as lead finance partner to Co-Manufacturing leadership on costs, productivity, capacity, yield, labor, overhead, and capex.
