Kinder's is hiring a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance - Sourcing & Procurement in Walnut Creek, CA. This leadership role partners with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing to deliver financial oversight on raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and supplier costs.

You will oversee planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while evaluating supplier economics, negotiating from data, and driving sustainable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience including procurement finance, sourcing finance, or FP&A.
• Strong command of material cost forecasting, purchase price variance, COGS, gross margin, and working capital.
• Experience leading analysts and governing cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and procurement-driven costs.
• Develop commodity, material, and supplier cost forecasts based on market indicators and contracts.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews for variance, inflation/deflation, and sourcing savings.
• Explain actual vs budget results, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
• Establish procurement KPIs and executive-ready reporting linked to COGS and cash flow.
• Build models and dashboards to improve speed and transparency of sourcing decisions.
