Kinder's seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance - Manufacturing & FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance for a complex supply chain. Based onsite in Walnut Creek, CA with a hybrid structure and strong emphasis on cost, margin, and capital investment decisions.

The role partners with Co-Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement to connect operating plans with financial targets, delivering executive-ready insights and driving productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in supply chain/FP&A.
• Strong Excel/BI and ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning for Supply Chain.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, explain variances and actions.
• Integrate manufacturing, sourcing, logistics into a cohesive financial outlook.
• Lead S&OP / IBP processes and scenario modeling.
• Develop and govern cost models for co-manufacturing and capex.
