Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an entry level Material Schedule Planner/Shipping on the shop floor.

The role focuses on planning and scheduling simple manufacturing processes, managing material requirements, kanbans/triggers, and coordinating with other departments to meet production schedules. You will create, coordinate, and track shipments in SAP, handle complete goods, support service shipments, and provide status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Entry level role on the shop floor.
• HS Diploma minimum requirement.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

• Expedites production and purchased parts.
• Coordinates needed parts from other client departments.
• Coordinates and communicates the implementation of engineering and material changes.
• Assists the production department in manpower planning.
• Performs general administrative duties as needed to meet administrative support needs.
• Assists in coordinating the department's inventory integrity and accuracy, including production and scrap reporting.

Material Schedule Planner/Shipping

This is an entry level support role on the shop floor

Plans and schedules simple (fewer capacity constraints, fewer work centers, fewer process, lower change over complexity) manufacturing processes of all current production and service parts. Schedules requirements for material with regard to the Client Production System including kanbans/triggers, delivery and achievement of the production schedule. May develop line sequencing of options. May provide work direction.

Talent is responsible for

• Creating, Coordinating, and Tracking shipments through SAP
• Complete goods - Items build and shipping out
• Support service shipments
• Key contact for shop floor issues
• Track parts estimated timelines and completion
• Excel experience intermediate level
• Provide shipment tracking and status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders - Use of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams

Key skills

• Strong Communication

• SAP Experience - Can be trained
