Job summary

VIVA USA Inc in Walpole, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, and deliver raw materials to production areas. You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, and help maintain accurate inventory and labeling in a cold 2-8°C environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license, with preference for SAP experience and prior warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Support general warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work in a cold environment (2-8°C cooler) cooler

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Experience with SAP and knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Experience operating rider pallet jacks, forklifts and order pickers.
