Job summary

VIVA USA Inc in IL is seeking a Material Coordinator to support daily production goals by maintaining and improving inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and driving corrective actions. You will work within a cross-functional team spanning production, warehouse, supply management, and engineering to optimize material flow and ensure timely replenishment.

The role requires strong communication and a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing operations, including material flow and inventory management.
• Experience with data analysis and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, warehouse, supply management, and engineering teams.
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production.

Job description

As a Material Coordinator, IL, you will:

• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy by resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and driving corrective actions.
• Support the manufacturing operation as part of a cross-functional team responsible for meeting daily production goals.
• Lead projects related to inventory accuracy, material replenishment, and material presentation for the production department of responsibility.

What Skills You Need

• Experience with manufacturing operations, including material flow and inventory management.
• Experience with data analysis and advanced problem-solving skills.

Education

• Recent warehouse experience will be looked at but this is NOT a warehouse role.

Notes:

• 1st shift- 6:00 am-2:30pm
• OT when requested (daily,) potential for weekend (Saturday)
