Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager to support the full supply chain scope for STaRS, interfacing with program offices and all functions supporting material ordering, supplier management, and pricing inputs. The MPM will manage FEOTB tasks, EAC reporting, and CAPA closures in line with TINA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a supply chain role.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Manager and leaders to ensure execution of AOP, OTD, and material coverage.
• Develop and execute program material strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
• Establish and drive material sales forecasting for the assigned program.
• Lead FEOTB activities related to MRP planning, releases, and EAC reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Supply Chain to drive supplier performance.
