Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically requires 10 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required prior to start.
• Experience leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Supply Chain Management Lead and PMO on material strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute program material strategies and enterprise objectives; support IPT involvement and strategic sourcing.
• Support supply chain proposal activities including basis of estimates to support PTW targets.
• Develop and execute material program plans (MPP) and establish material sales forecasts for assigned programs.
• Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives.
• Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution across programs and functions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align schedules based on MRP; monitor performance metrics.
