Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead the Pods Product Supply Chain; responsibilities include bridging Supply Chain and Program teams, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience as a CAM and/or support of CAM actions.
• Financial acumen and EVMS certification.
• Experience with supply chain, operations, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain relationships with Raytheon sub-tier suppliers.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet program needs in collaboration with Engineering and Scheduling.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and program management to ensure supplier health and resolve delivery concerns.
• Influence and build partnerships across functions supporting programs.
• Prepare documentation and present updates to senior leadership.
