Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with computers and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements and complaints with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Process and modify orders, forms, applications, and requests based on customer requirements.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop knowledge of company products to effectively answer customer questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Monitor the supply chain and identify shortages and overages.
• Analyze system data to support planning and supply chain activities.
• Escalate customer complaints and supply chain issues when appropriate.
• Provide feedback regarding the efficiency of the customer service process.
