This role reports to the Senior Materials Manager and collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production scheduling and material flow, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with material/inventory/production planning.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to navigate MRP/ERP systems and software.

We are representing a globally prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Materials Planner at their flagship manufacturing facility. This role reports to the Senior Materials Manager and will be responsible for working directly with suppliers and internal departments to ensure optimal production and material scheduling. This is permanent, direct-hire opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule manufacturing work flow for multiple shifts.
• Release purchase orders to suppliers based on production schedules.
• Review and manage inventory accuracy internally and externally (suppliers).
• Perform weekly forecasts.
