Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Materials Planner for the West Michigan area (Lakeshore/Zeeland region) to keep production moving and inventory optimized. The role requires strong ERP/MRP experience and Excel proficiency, plus 3+ years in materials planning within manufacturing, preferably automotive.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventories, and support new product launches and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and proficiency in Excel.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage material requirements and production schedules to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent shortages.
• Analyze demand, forecast requirements, and maintain planning data within ERP/MRP systems.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
