Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Material Management worker in North Platte, NE. This position supports warehouse operations with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking and kitting tasks, while operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Shifts are 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a weekly paycheck and access to Aspire Academy for upskilling. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, and 401K options; paid leave and other federal/state benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulic carts.
• Strong communication for phone and email interaction.
• Able to work 3rd shift 10:00 PM–6:30 AM and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, material picking, packing, stocking, and kitting to support warehouse operations.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
• Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper storage of materials and supplies.
• Provide customer support by answering calls, responding to emails professionally, and maintaining general housekeeping.

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Management worker positions in North Platte, NE. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Warehouse, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping, receiving, material picking, packing, stocking, and kitting activities to support warehouse operations.

• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and operating material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts.

• Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper storage of materials and supplies.

• Provide customer support by answering calls, responding to emails professionally, and maintaining general housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required with experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling environments.

• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulic carts, and handle heavy materials when needed.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers via phone and email.

• Must be able to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$21.00 per hour
