Job summary

Adecco, in partnership with top employers in Perris, CA, is seeking motivated and reliable Material Handlers to support daily warehouse operations. This role offers multiple shifts, overtime opportunities, and pay from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour.

You will load and unload materials, pick, pack, scan, and use warehouse management systems, maintain a clean 7S workplace, and collaborate with teammates to meet safety, productivity, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work in hot or cold environments.
• Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is desirable.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Perris, CA

• Shifts: Multiple shifts available; flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules

• 1st Shift: $18.50/hour

• 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour

• 3rd Shift: $20.50/hour

• Overtime required as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Details: $18.50 to $20.50 per hour
