Job summary

Prime Response, Inc. seeks a Material Coordinator to support logistics operations at Edwards Air Force Base. You will manage materials, equipment, and property across supply chain, transportation, and mail services.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and security clearance if required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics services such as supply and materials management.
• Equipment and property accountability across logistics functions.
• Disposal and reutilization of excess property as needed.
• Transportation and fleet coordination.
• Mail handling and distribution across sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and accountability.
• Receive, store, issue, and transport materials and equipment.
• Assist with office moves and equipment relocation.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Compile reports and maintain documentation for all transactions.
