Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a Material Coordinator at Kirtland AFB, NM to expedite material flow and support base units. You will handle inquiries, maintain equipment databases, and ensure accurate stock records across the program.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in materials control. Forklift experience is preferred, and you must be able to lift 75 pounds and pass drug and background screening, plus obtain government clearance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in materials control or related field.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills.
• Must pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Expedites flow of materials between sections.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints.
• Updates computer databases for equipment tracking and reporting.
• Maintains inventory and bench stock at Kirtland AFB.
• Prepares routine reports and documentation.
• Trains staff on supply procedures and equipment handling.
• Supports equipment custodians and base units.
• Assists with MICAP processes and stock availability.
