ProMach is hiring a Supervisor/Team Lead for Material Handling to oversee movement, storage, and control of materials within a facility in the United States. The role ensures safe, efficient handling of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in compliance with standards.

The position requires supervising receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control; enforcing safety rules including forklift operations; and coordinating material flow to support production and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures and OSHA compliance are top priorities.
• Experience with cycle counts, lean manufacturing, and assembly line operations is common.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between departments.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and material handling operations — including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards — such as forklift operation, OSHA regulations, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Manage material flow — coordinating the movement of goods to support production schedules and customer delivery performance.
• Train and lead team members — mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy — conducting cycle counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Support supply chain activities — including procurement planning, kitting, and ensuring material availability.

The Supervisor/Team Lead for Material Handling is responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and control of materials within a facility.
