Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Material Handler Operations Lead for the outbound area on the 2nd shift to support the supervisor and drive day-to-day operations. You will contribute to safety, quality and on-time execution in a climate-controlled distribution environment.

In this role you’ll oversee staff productivity, inventory, and adherence to SOPs while using bilingual English/Spanish communication to coordinate with the team and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with timely task completion.
• Proficient with IT hardware, software and peripherals for daily tasks.
• Knowledge of material handling issues.
• Critical skills in material handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee performance of staff, processes and resources to ensure productivity.
• Enforce safety rules and procedures.
• Manage and oversee the department's activities.
• Monitor staff and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Set objectives, methods and performance standards; ensure SOPs and productivity targets.
• Manage inventory displays.
