Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, and load materials for daily delivery routes. You will verify orders, operate forklifts, and help unload inbound stock while maintaining safe, organized yards and warehouses.

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, ensuring accuracy, and complying with PPE and safety policies in all weather conditions. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential for on-site operations at our Maryland facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and prepare materials based on work orders and requests.
• Verify quantities and record pulled materials for accuracy.
• Load and secure materials onto delivery vehicles to prevent damage.
• Assist with unloading inbound materials and organize inventory.
• Stage completed orders to support efficient routes.
• Inspect materials for quality and report issues.
• Operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely.
• Support drivers and team to ensure timely orders.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in yard and warehouse.
• Follow standardized order flow, staging, and loading procedures.
• Monitor safety hazards and follow PPE policies.
• Perform additional duties to support daily operations.
