Job summary

QXO is seeking a Delivery Associate to support delivery drivers by preparing, handling, and delivering materials to customers and job sites. You will verify orders, assist with inventory, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires physical tasks, safety awareness, and flexibility to work early mornings or travel between locations as needed. Prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Ability to safely move materials (50–100 lbs) and follow instructions.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• Baseline math skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
