Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a Material Handler Lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Forney, TX. The role requires operating forklifts and RF scanners, staging shipments, and ensuring accurate order picking while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Good stable work and attendance record.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, walkies).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Pull and stage parts for production; complete requisitions for shortages.
• Package inventory and shipments.
• Follow safety policies while using lifting devices and maintain clean work areas.
• Verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Pick customer orders efficiently to minimize shipping costs.
