Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a warehouse/material handler to maintain orderly storage, stage shipments, and load goods. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, verify accuracy, and support receiving and shipping with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role offers $22.00-$24.00/hour plus attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus an Employee Ownership Program and a suite of benefits including 401(k) matching and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Stable work and attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and use RF scanners.
• Pull and stage parts for production; verify orders are complete and accurate.
• Assist with packing, inventory, and shipments; maintain safety and housekeeping.
