Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a Material Handler Lead role in Illinois. The position rests on safely moving goods, operating forklifts and RF scanners, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required are 2–4 years in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, and strong attendance. Eligible for incentives and an employee ownership program, with pay between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certifications in warehousing are a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate and monitor material handling equipment safely.
• Pull and stage parts for production; complete requisitions.
• Verify orders for accuracy and minimize shipping costs.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations and assist as needed.
