Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain an orderly warehouse, stage shipments, and ensure safe, efficient loading. You will supervise forklift operations, ensure accuracy, and adhere to safety policies while coordinating with the shift team.

The role requires 2–4 years in a warehouse setting, familiarity with WMS and RF scanners, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.
• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanner.
• Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions.
• Verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with overtime coverage and team collaboration.
