Job summary

ProMach Pewaukee facility is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support label production. You will expedite the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure safety processes, and maintain accurate records to help keep production running smoothly.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math and Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to grow with a global manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory.
• Ability to read, write & comprehend instructions, correspondence & other information.
• Math skills; ability to use the calculator.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel & ERP system.
• Ability to stand regularly & lift up to 50 pounds as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staging label production orders.
• Review all sales orders, run sheets and notes as needed.
• Return all stock label materials to designated area.
• Move completed label orders to staging and through to shipping.
• Record shipping & receiving data accurately.
• Receive & unpack materials & supplies; report damages.
