Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Neenah, WI. You will safely operate forklifts, read production tickets, and execute schedules to maximize throughput. You will coordinate cross-department workflows, document job tracking, and support inventory accuracy while following GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.

• Forklift certification and material handling experience required.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material-moving equipment to transport products and supplies.
• Read and interpret job tickets and layouts to ensure correct materials are delivered to production.
• Execute production schedules accurately and promptly to maximize throughput.
• Coordinate workflow with associates across departments to maintain efficiency.
• Accurately complete documentation for job tracking, payroll, and inventory control.
• Enter data into systems to support production and shipping accuracy.
• Label and identify waste containers and follow disposal procedures.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards; maintain a safe, clean workspace.
