ProMach, Inc. in Pewaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support label production operations.

You will expedite incoming and outgoing shipments, stage orders, and help maintain accurate inventory while following safety and ERP processes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in shipping/receiving, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with MS Office/Excel; training on equipment such as forklift will be provided.

Qualifications

• Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, and inventory.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and notes.
• Ability to perform calculator-based maths.
• Experience with MS Office; Excel; ERP system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staging label production orders.
• Review sales orders, run sheets, and notes as needed.
• Return stock label materials to designated area.
• Move completed label orders to staging and then to shipping.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts under supervision.
• Record shipping and receiving data accurately.
• Receive and unpack materials; report damages/discrepancies.
• Operate equipment (forklift, handtruck) to move shipments.
