Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler at our Pewaukee facility to support label production operations and ensure efficient, accurate flow of materials and shipments in compliance with safety and hazardous material requirements.

The role involves staging production orders, inventory management, data recording, and operating material handling equipment with training provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in shipping/receiving or inventory, plus basic MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory.
• Ability to read, write & comprehend instructions, correspondence & other information.
• Mathematical skills; ability to use the calculator.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel & ability to perform shipping/receiving exercises in relevant software or ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staging label production orders
• Review all sales orders, run sheets and notes as needed
• Return all stock label materials to designated area
• Moves completed label orders to staging and through to shipping
• Responsible for inventory management: part numbers, balances, reports & physical inventory, cycle counts under the direction of the Assistant Production Manager
• Accurately record shipping & receiving data
• Receive & unpack materials & supplies
• Report damages & discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement & record-keeping purposes
• Operates appropriate machinery which may include tier lift truck, handtruck, forklift, etc. to move, convey, hoist shipments to & from shipping & receiving platforms
• Attends mandatory training on that equipment
