Job summary

DSM in Somerset, NJ seeks a Material Handler/Replenisher to move, stage, and inventory drums, totes, and pallets for production. You will manage bulk storage and use the Fricke system to ensure efficient material flow for robotic operations.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other equipment, scanning with RF devices, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting safety standards. This role requires 3–5 years warehouse experience and a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of safe work practices and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Moves and stages full drums, totes, and pallet loads for production.
• Removes empty drums/totes and places in recycling area.
• Maintains inventory at bulk storage tanks and refills as needed.
• Uses Fricke inventory management/forecast system to stage raw materials for robot operations.
• Operates material-handling equipment (forklift, hand truck, drum lift, elevator) and uses RF scanner.
• Keeps work area clean and adheres to safety rules and hazardous materials handling.
