Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Material Handler III for a night-shift role in Florence, KY. You will lead in the supervisor’s absence and handle inventory activities, including RTS and cycle counts, while ensuring SAP accuracy and RF-scanner usage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in material handling, inventory control, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn SAP/ERP systems.

• Quality Control Inspection certification is preferred.
• Ability to work extra hours during month-end shipments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead when the Supervisor is unavailable.
• Perform at least three of: RTS, stockroom operations, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving.
• Reconcile inventory variances and make adjustments as needed.
• Report line record accuracy to the Supervisor and Manager.
• Collaborate with Production Control, Production Management, and Production to resolve shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory in SAP and use RF scanners to track materials and kits.
• Inspect and process incoming shipments and support shipping and transportation activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Pay: $24.73/hour

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday / Thursday-Saturday rotating

Hours: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the lead when the Supervisor is unavailable
