O'Reilly Auto Parts distribution center is seeking an experienced material handling operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, Ocomm, City Counter, and acquisitions operations. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating RF scanners and WMS, matching documentation with merchandise, and ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, acquisitions per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, WMS, and warehouse tech as required.
• Store/retrieve merchandise from floor locations and racking systems.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks while protecting goods from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
• Process warranty items, batteries, recalls, and vendor returns per policy.
• Follow hazardous material handling and safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality in assigned tasks and workflows.
• Keep work areas organized and free of safety hazards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report promptly.
• Maintain compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Serve as trainer in assigned areas when needed.
• Operate PIE when certified and assigned.
• Perform Ocomm or City Counter functions as assigned.
• Support workflow balancing and continuity during peak volumes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
